The reason im here is to grab the accapella from my own wav recording. Any way to mute the beat and send the accapella?

I need help. There's a video project I have been working on for a month now on VP. But yesterday, after saving my project after further editing, I decided to open my the project file again. All of a sudden, I got an error message that read, "The file provided is not a valid videopad project". Please help me resolve this issue, I worked really hard on it & for it to be no longer accessible would be a huge loss for me. 😞

Weird software. You're not allowed to know what functions are in what version. Not at all transparant. No-go, because of this obscurity. Decent manufacturers offer a version comparison table.

I have a crappy GoPro and VP won't recognize it. I'd like to record directly into VP on my laptop because GoPro won't let me save or transfer any files over about 3 minutes. Any suggestions?
